Your Leadership Future: Why It's All Different Now

Flatter organizations in a networked (and complex, turbulent) world require a fundamental shift in how we think about leaders and leadership. Command-and-control was yesterday. Convene, connect, and catalyze are the keys for today and tomorrow. Convene the right team, craft meaningful connections in a productive problem-solution environment, and catalyze the action that produces results. It is less about your singular vision than your ability to create self-reinforcing conditions for shared success.

Please join our MOTOR Leadership Breakfast on June 3 in New York City and welcome Eric McNulty as our guest leadership speaker.  Eric will present practical and proven tools for improving your leadership effectiveness in this daunting and exciting context.

Eric is a widely published author and writer with a regular column in Strategy and Business plus numerous other publications including Harvard Business Review, Harvard Business Online, Worthwhile, Boston Business Journal, and others.  Also, Eric is the co-acuthor of Renegotiating Health Care: Resolving Conflict to Build Collaboration (Jossey-Bass, 2011); a second book titled Leadership Future is in the works.

The breakfast will begin promptly at 8.30a with Eric's 30 minute address beginning shortly thereafter.  Limited tickets are available at $40 per person.  Please join us in Manhattan at Rodale, 733 Third Avenue between 45th/46th, on the 8th floor.  For more information, please email to leadershipbreakfast@clubmotr.com.
